Free Consultation

It's important that whenever a Client is in need and wishes to see me; that we first meet where fear of obligation is removed.

As such, rest assured that our first meeting free, private, confidential and without any obligation.

This allows us both to meet and discuss your presenting problem or issues, talk about any perceived Myths & Fears about hypnosis, concerns and generally ask questions - I call this a 'pre-talk'.

I use the session to gauge your internal desire/aim in achieving your desired outcome i.e. stop smoking, weight, addiction etc. You see, in order to enjoy the benefits of hypnosis, all you need is to have a sense of being driven from 'within' or a 'nagging voice' which is telling you something is wrong.

Costs :

Firstly, let me be transparent...

If your preoccupied with the cost, then I can tell you now; even before we meet, you are not yet ready unless you have an 'internal desire' and commitment to overcome your presenting issues and/or problems.

As an example, let's say you wish to stop smoking through sheer will power.  You will be successful for a few days, maybe even a week but the pattern of your smoking behavour has been embedded in your sub-conscious mind for so long, soon you will be overwhelmed with the desire to smoke again.

In other words, in order to succeed, you must 'Think It' and 'Want It' in order to 'Make it happen!'.

So if your being pushed by someone to do this, save your money it will NOT work as it has to be initiated driven by you!

Rates & Fees :

N.H.S :

Most GP surgeries in England provide counselling and support services to their patients on the NHS. Ask your GP for a referral to 'Keys To My Mind'.

You may also be able to refer yourself  as the IAPT programme means that more and more primary care trusts (PCTs) are introducing the option of self-referral.

Self-referral means that people who prefer not to talk to their GP can go directly to a professional therapist (but where possible, and unless there's a specific reason not to, it's better in the first instance to discuss it with your GP first.

Insurance :

My services may be covered in full or in part by your private health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions :

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my GP?

Reduced Fee :

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment :

We accept payments in the form of cash or via PayPal.

Cancellation :

When you make an appointment we reserve the whole session just for you. We will need at least two working days notice (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).  If you do not attend for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us within the stated period you will be liable for the full cost of the session.

If you cancel late, your therapist cannot make use of 'your time' by filling your session with a different client. Thus a missed session represents lost income for the practice plus a lost opportunity for another client who needs our help.

We Promise :

If you cancel your practice appointment within the period stated, we promise to refund the fee minus an admin fee of £15.00.
